Terms of Sale.

1. What we sell and what's included

Argent Concepts fabricates and installs custom stone and quartz bathroom vanity tops. Your order includes fabrication of the top you configure, from the stone you select, and installation by Argent or our install partner. Sinks, faucets, plumbing, electrical, tear-out of an existing top, and any work by other trades are separate line items, included only when you select them or we list them on your quote.

2. Measurements and fit

A vanity top is cut to exact size and cannot be enlarged once it is fabricated, so the measurements have to be right. You choose how those measurements are taken:

• Field measure (recommended). We send a templater to measure your space as built before we cut. When you choose this, Argent is responsible for the measurements, and your services are confirmed and priced at the field measure.
• You provide the measurements. If you choose to skip the field measure, we fabricate to the measurements you provide. You are solely responsible for their accuracy. If a finished piece does not fit because the measurements you supplied were inaccurate, the replacement or re-fabrication is a separate, paid order at our standard rates. If you are not certain of your measurements, choose the field measure and we will measure for you.

When you provide your own measurements, we record the dimensions you submitted, your selections, and the date, and we ask you to confirm your understanding before you submit your order.

3. Natural materials

Stone and quartz vary in color, tone, veining, and pattern. The images and samples shown on this website are representative, not an exact match to the piece you receive. Natural variation is expected and is not a defect. We confirm the actual material with you before we cut.

4. Workmanship warranty

Argent warrants that your vanity top is fabricated to the agreed dimensions and is free from fabrication defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper care, work by others, or normal wear, and it does not cover natural variation in the material. This workmanship warranty runs for one year from the date of installation.

5. Limited remedy and limitation of liability

Limited remedy. Argent Concepts' entire liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, for any product that does not conform is, at Argent's option, repair, replacement, or refund of the amount paid for that product.

No consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argent Concepts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to project delays, lost time, or the costs of other trades, arising out of or relating to any product or service. Argent's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Customer-supplied measurements. Where you elect to provide your own measurements in place of a field measure, you accept responsibility for their accuracy, and re-fabrication made necessary by inaccurate customer measurements is at your expense.

6. Payment and deposit

A 50% deposit is due when you place your order, and the remaining balance is due on or before installation. Because a piece cut to your size cannot be resold, deposits on fabricated work are handled as described under Changes and cancellation below.

7. Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel your order before we cut your stone. Once a piece has been cut to size it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, because it is made specifically for you. If you need a change after cutting has begun, it is handled as a new, separate order.

8. Installation conditions

Installation assumes your base cabinets are installed and level, the site is accessible, and the area is ready for us to work. Disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing and electrical is included only when you select it, and may be performed by our partner or by others. Conditions that prevent installation on the scheduled day, or that require return trips, may affect scheduling and cost.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
